Engineering, construction, installation and maintenance are sectors with dense legal obligations. The usual answer is a folder someone reviews when it is already too late.
DSA Core puts it inside the operation and blocks what does not comply: you cannot assign a technician whose safety documentation has expired.
It is not a warning: the system does not let you complete the assignment until the documentation is up to date.
